Kappa Omega Chapter
Kappa Omega Chapter was chartered on March 1, 1923. Soror Marie Woolfolk Taylor was instrumental in organizing this first graduate chapter in the South Atlantic Region. Since its inception, the Kappa Omega chapter has grown to a membership of over 300 women that reside in the Atlanta community and surrounding areas. We have been led by 36 presidents which include women with diverse professions and accomplishments, each committed to serving mankind. We have myriad events open to the public and we encourage you to come and join with us as we work together to make our community stronger. Nu Lambda Omega Chapter
The Nu Lambda Omega Chapter received its charter in September of 1980 and since that time has been an integral part of the Atlanta community. Maintaining a high level of extraordinary service to all mankind is a top priority. Since its inception, NLO has been recognized for outstanding chapter and individual achievements. Included is the exceptional mentoring program to Mu Pi chapter at Spelman College. With a current membership of over 500, NLO proudly celebrates 25 years of service to the Atlanta community. Psi Alpha Omega Chapter
On September 21, 1985, Pi Alpha Omega, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority (AKA) Incorporation became the fourth graduate chapter chartered in the metro Atlanta Georgia area in the South Atlantic Region. Thirty alumnae Sorors came together to charter this dynamic chapter that now represents one of seventeen graduate chapters of Alpha Kappa Alpha in metro Atlanta, boasting a membership of 300 women spanning inter-generational ages.

Over the last 30 years, the chapter has been under the leadership of nine presidents and has experienced remarkable growth. The infusion of new talent has expanded the capacity of the Chapter and influenced its mission with insight, creativity and innovation. First conceived as a vision to further Alpha Kappa Alpha’s impact throughout the Atlanta community, Pi Alpha Omega has lived up to this call and more. The chapter has established positive collaborative relationships and associations to carry out national and local programs and initiatives. The achievements were accomplished through service, fundraising, and philanthropic activities. These efforts brought local and national recognition to Pi Alpha Omega from civic organizations, state and local government, educational institutions, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Regional and Corporate offices. These successes have also solidified Pi Alpha Omega as a partner and an impactful entity in the community. Tau Epsilon Omega Chapter
Large enough to serve, but small enough to care – No better words embrace the true spirit of the Tau Epsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.  Since 1991, TEO has served the communities of East Point and College Park, GA through program initiatives focused on educational enrichment, health promotion, family strengthening, environmental stewardship, and global impact. In addition, Tau Epsilon Omega provides scholarship opportunities through our fundraising arm, The Twenty Pearls Foundation, Incorporated.

The membership of TEO is made up of women with strong character and a phenomenal commitment to service. These attributes along with so many others help to drive the chapter in making a difference in the lives of the people we serve.  2016 marks 25 years of giving back, and as we progress, our efforts only get stronger in making sure our community engagement is even more empowering and impactful.
